central spot for exploring iconic sights and local eats
I stayed here for 4 nights and loved that it was less than a 10-minute walk to Union Square, where you can find great shopping and dining. The unforgettable Cable Car Museum is just around the corner, making city strolls a breeze. While my room was basic, the staff was really nice and accommodating, which made my experience better.

Great Staff and Clean Rooms
I had a nice stay with clean rooms and friendly staff who were very accommodating, providing extra blankets and even a heater when I needed it. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, but the noises outside from the street made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Overall, a solid budget option if you're mainly out and about during the day.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Golden Gate Park and Pier 39, which were awesome. The room was clean, and the price was good for what we got. Be aware of the surrounding area—there are homeless individuals nearby, but the hotel was a decent base for exploring.
At times, I felt uneasy walking around due to the number of homeless people in the area, especially at night.

The room had great facilities like enough sockets, a sink, and a TV, making it comfortable for my two-night stay. The location is convenient, just a short walk from major attractions, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful, offering guidance on public transport and local sights. However, the shared bathroom situation was less than ideal, requiring trips outside the room, and the internet connectivity was poor. Additionally, I noticed some dust in the room, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.

Decent spot for budget travelers
Had a clean private room with a comfy big bed. It included a TV and a small desk, but no outlet near the bed. Location was prime, near Powell BART for easy airport access. Staff was nice and helpful. Just a heads up though, there were some street people around at night, so be cautious when heading out.
